You will never have to pay extra to enjoy the software improvements we roll out every year. eBRP is constantly using customer feedback to improve eBRP Suite. Licensed users get the advantage of all of those customer-driven improvements and enhancements at no additional cost.
Enjoy support via phone, email, an online techincal/customer Help Desk as part of our annual maintenance program.
Product and Technical support are provided by eBRP’s own Support Team using subject matter experts in all aspects of product implementation and use.
- Web-based support is available 24/7 through eBRP’s Online Support Desk application. This ticketing system also provides access to a Library of useful documents, FAQ’s and a complete installation and ticket history.
- Phone and email support is available 8am to 6:30pm (Eastern) Monday-Friday.
Access to both phone and online Help Desk support is included as part of annual maintenance.
Product support includes usage, set up, governance and utilization issues. These are handled via phone and email by our Support Desk personnel. Each customer call or email produces a new Help Desk ticket for quick resolution by support personnel or a Subject Matter Expert.
Technical support includes installation, application, database and user interface issues. Technical support tickets are often assigned to a specialist who will assume responsibility for the issue and update resolution status as it proceeds. Standard SLA for technical issue resolution is 48 hours.
Documentation of all eBRP products includes a complete set of topic specific User Guides, which are fully updated for each major upgrade. User Guides are delivered at installation and are always available for download from the eBRP online Help Desk File Library.
